Sober Sthlm is not just about wearing limited edition- it's about unity and being part of something bigger.
An ode to our community and the idea of human connection.
According to The Oxford English Dictionaries “Sober” has many meanings. Two of them describe our brand very well: Sophisticated in tone, balanced and realistic. Free from the use of addictive substances.
At the heart of it all is THE SOBER FAMILY.
A global community of individuals in recovery who share their journeys, inspire one another, and extend hope to those still struggling. It is a movement for anyone healing from addiction or supporting a loved one, offering a sense of belonging and a place to be seen, heard, and understood.
Recovery is not just possible. It is powerful.
Join us in spreading a message the world needs to hear: sobriety is strength, and life in serenity is worth celebrating. Be proud of your journey. Show others what’s possible. Every step forward you take inspires someone else to begin.
It all began with one question: “Do I belong here?” The core question I used to ask myself in life. Feeling lost seemed to be the only thing I knew. After getting sober, I noticed I had stopped asking myself. Somehow I knew I was exactly where I belonged. I was connected.
Although “belonging” includes an individual’s sense of connection to and personal identification with the whole, “community” embraces an individual’s participation and belief in something larger than themselves. Supporting a community involves collectively establishing a group’s values and norms. We share beliefs, values, attitudes, and behaviors, but individual identities are retained.
My designs are subtle reminders of where I belong. By launching Sober I am making them available to everyone needing the same reminder.
Take a stand. Be seen. Be heard.

By speaking openly about addiction, we’re not just breaking the silence — we’re building a new future. It's time to start rewriting the story of addiction, and it starts with you.
With love, Julia
About Julia, Founder & Strategic Psychoeducational Advisor | Counseling CBT Therapist | Clinical Neuropsychology & Assessment
My work sits at the intersection of psychological education, clinical neuropsychology, and evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy. It is confidential, highly individualized, and intentionally limited. I would rather work with three of the right clients than thirty of the wrong ones.
Unfortunately the majority of people are not ready to do the work. However, if my clinical evaluation indicates that you are, I will prioritize you. Some are primarily looking for a space to vent without a focus on change. If that is the case I am not the right fit for you. Real, lasting change comes from doing the work at a sustainable pace, where growth is approached gradually and in a way that feels safe and supported.
My clients are wise. They invest in results and lasting change. Being wise means recognizing that the price of staying the same while watching your life pass by, is far higher than the cost of change. They are willing to be brave enough to face themselves and strong enough to build a life they genuinely want to wake up to.
That said, I deeply care about my clients and provide both support and comfort when life feels overwhelming. I am available 24/7 if needed, because I understand that challenges and emotions don’t always arise at convenient times.
Neuropsychological rehabilitation focuses on improving cognitive, emotional, and behavioral deficits caused by psychological conditions. This is achieved through tailored interventions that reinforce existing abilities while developing compensatory strategies.
It is grounded in principles such as neuroplasticity, restitution, substitution, and compensation, with the goal of restoring functioning and enhancing the client’s quality of life. Evidence-based CBT, foundational function-based approaches, and the integration of insight with skills training are used to support meaningful progress in both daily functioning and mental health.
