Our jewelry is designed in a wide range of materials & sizes. All items are made by hand with different techniques making every piece unique. This means some products need to be handled with more care to make them last longer. Please visit our page Materials for more information.
Warranty
Manufacturing Defects:
A warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to 6 months from date of purchase on the Sober Sthlm website. Manufacturing defects are rare. Before a jewelry piece gets into stores and is published on the website, several people examine it at different stages. We check the quality of all our jewelry, but on rare occasion we might miss something.
If a piece breaks within the warranty period and a manufacturing defect is identified, we will fix it for free and cover shipping costs.
Plating:
Plating wearing off is not a defect, but a natural aging process of your well-loved jewelry. Plating is covered by warranty for 6 months.
Our Warranty Covers:
Warranty service and refund do not apply in case of: signs of mechanical damage, improper storage and care conditions, natural tear and wear, missing parts of the jewelry piece like an earring, a pendant or another detail. If no manufacturing defect is identified by our jewelers we will not refund or cover the cost for shipping.

Exchange
Wrong size or changed your mind?
No problem! Please email us. Choose something you like for the same price, or get a credit receipt/gift card. Currently are not able to offer any refunds.
We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please be patient. It may take 1-7 days for us to manage all emails. We will accept returns 30 days from when the product was shipped. The jewelry & box must be kept in the same condition as when it arrived, so please carefully package it before returning.
Sober does not cover shipping costs for exchanges. Countries import duty/tax will be held responsible by the customer.
Complaints
If there is anything wrong with your item after you receive it please email us. Attach pictures and a short explanation. Once we accept your complaint you can send it back. Sober Sthlm covers the shipping and we will send you a new item as soon we have inspected your package. If the item is out of stock you may choose a different product, gift card or refund.
The product must be shipped back with original packaging. The jewelry & box must be kept in the same condition as when it arrived, so please carefully package it before returning.
We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please be patient. It may take 1-7 days for us to manage all emails. To make sure you have time to send the package back - We will add extra days to the 20 day refund period if our reply takes more than a week.
